Heliozid Océ was established in 1967 as a joint venture between the leading IT solutions company Océ N.V. of Netherlands and Heliozid of Lebanon. Océ, a market leader in the European and American markets, needed a platform to reinforce its leadership in the Middle East and Heliozid came forward as an ideal partner.
Today, the company is a leading organization in the Middle East with its core activities focused around development of distribution network, enhancement of sales channel and technical support while also providing the regional team with marketing, business development and product support on the Océ printing and copying solutions.
Offices and Service Providers
There are three direct offices of Heliozid Océ in Lebanon, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates, whereas, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Yemen, Jordan and Iraq have authorized distributors and service providers. With its collective team of 150 trained professionals across the Middle East the company provides document management solutions and after sales support to over 12,000 users in the region.

Since the formation of Heliozid Océ Emirates, the company responsible is for direct sales and support activities for Océ in the UAE, emphasis has been on providing the Océ customers with comprehensive sales, marketing and after sales support with a strong focus on solutions. There are three offices of the company in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Ajman with full sales and support teams.

In the Middle East, Heliozid Océ exclusively represents Felix Schoeller, Germany, one of the largest paper manufacturers in the world. At its paper conversion factories in Ajman and Saudi Arabia, Heliozid Océ converts photographic papers, digital imaging papers, back-lit films and technical specialty papers into various sizes as per market requirement. |
